Shipping & Returns

Return Packaging:
Please do not use the return item’s shoe box as the shipping packaging. In order to resell it, we need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Quality Problems:
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and exchanged. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
Delay-Shipment:
The return and refund are acceptable unconditionally if we confirmed that you did get a wrong item. Please send the photographs clearly showing the wrong item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we' ll send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
Refuse a shipment:
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card used for your order. And 50% of the merchandise price will be charged by you and shipping charges will also not be refunded.
